Common use of TERMS OF DISBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF DISBURSEMENT. The obligation of the Lender to make disbursements under this Agreement shall be subject to the Borrower performing all its obligations and undertakings under this Agreement besides compliance by the Borrower with the disbursement procedure stipulated by the Lender, including submission of necessary information, documents, margin/matching contribution, tenure of Loan etc. to the satisfaction of the Lender and compliance of the condition stipulated in Article 1.14 of this Agreement.
