TERMS OF MASTER AGREEMENT. 2. Term of Master Agreement & Commencement 2.1 Unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Master Agreement, this Master Agreement shall take effect from Effective Date and continue for the Initial Term. Prior to the expiry of the Initial Term, ALPS shall have the option to extend the term of this Master Agreement on the prevailing terms and conditions for an additional Extended Term from the expiry of the Initial Term.
