Common use of Terms of Members Clause in Contracts

Terms of Members. The member of the Regional Market Operations ------------------ Committee appointed by the ISO shall serve until replaced by the ISO. Other members of the Regional Market Operations Committee shall serve until replaced by the Participant or Participants which appointed them or until such Participant or Participants shall lose their status as Participants or otherwise lose the right to appoint the member. Appointment or replacement of a member shall be effected by the ISO or a Participant or group of Participants giving written notice of such appointment or replacement to the Secretary of the Regional Market Operations Committee.
