Terms of Non-Statutory Stock Options. The Committee shall determine the term during which a Participant may exercise a Non-Statutory Stock Option, but in no event may a Participant exercise a Non-Statutory Stock Option, in whole or in part, more than ten (10) years from the Date of Grant. The Committee shall also determine the date on which each Non-Statutory Stock Option, or any part thereof, first becomes exercisable and any terms or conditions a Participant must satisfy in order to exercise each Non-Statutory Stock Option. The shares of Common Stock underlying each Non-Statutory Stock Option may be purchased in whole or in part by the Participant at any time during the term of such Non-Statutory Stock Option, or any portion thereof, once the Non-Statutory Stock Option becomes exercisable.
