Terms of payment безопасности Клиента. Все персональные данные, полученные Компанией от Клиента, могут быть раскрыты исключительно между сотрудниками Компании, которые участвуют в обслуживании Сайта. Процедура регистрации Клиента является обязательной для Клиентов Компании. 2.2. Для прохождения регистрации Клиента на Сайте Компании необходимо указать вашу личную и контактную информацию - принять условия настоящего Соглашения. 2.3. Процедура проверки личности и данных проводится Компанией для проверки правильности и полноты информации, указанной Клиентом при регистрации. Для выполнения этой процедуры Компания имеет право потребовать и Клиент обязан предоставить: страницу (ы) паспорта с фотографией и личной информацией или другим документом (например, удостоверение личности), содержащую фотографию и личную информацию. Кроме того, в отдельных случаях Компания имеет право требовать срочные счета за коммунальные услуги, соглашение с банком об открытии лицевого счета, сканирование банковских карт, а также любые другие документы, если вышеуказанных документов недостаточно для полного выявления Клиента. 2.4. Клиент признает право Компании использовать предоставленную им личную информацию для выполнения требований норм законодательства об отмывании доходов, полученных преступным путем. 2.5. Ответственность за представление оригинальных копий документов возлагается на Клиента. В случае представления поддельных документов Компании, Клиент будет привлечен к ответственности в соответствии с законодательством страны регистрации Клиента. 2.6. При подтверждении регистрации Клиент соглашается получать информацию от Компании, в том числе рекламные сообщения на указанный адрес электронной почты Клиента и телефонные звонки по указанному номеру телефона Клиента. Если Клиент не хочет получать такие сообщения, он может в любое время отменить подписку, нажав на ссылку в письме, а также связавшись со службой поддержки Компании в личном кабинете Клиента. Компания обязана незамедлительно ответить на запрос Клиента об отмене подписки на все типы сообщений (за исключением транзакционных уведомлений), а также отказ в получении звонков по телефону. 2.7. Клиент имеет право регистрировать только одну (одну) учетную запись в Компании. В случае, когда Компания обнаруживает несколько учетных записей, принадлежащих одному клиенту или одному электронному кошельку, или при обнаружении других признаков владения несколькими счетами, транзакции и финансовые результаты на всех счетах Клиента могут быть отменены.   • Calculation of Payments The State shall use the fee schedule set forth in Attachment E to the contract (Fee Schedule) in determining the value of the work performed up to the time of termination. In the case of partially completed engineering services, eligible costs will be calculated as set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. The sum of the provisional overhead percentage rate for payroll additives and for general and administrative overhead costs during the years in which work was performed shall be used to calculate partial payments.
