Consideration and Terms of Payment. In consideration for the Recorder providing User with direct access to Laredo as indicated within this Agreement, User shall pay to the Recorder as follows: • The fees for access to the Recorder’s real estate records are based on a sliding scale model. User will select which plan they wish to use on Attachment A where fee structure is outlined. • The Recorder reserves the right to change the fees outlined on Attachment A. Upon any such change in fees, User will receive written notification from the Recorder previous to being billed the new amount. In such case, the remaining terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with the new fee structure unless properly terminated according to the terms outlined in Paragraph 1. • User may switch to a different rate plan within the first five (5) days of each month. The Recorder must receive written notification of User’s intent to change plans in order for the change to take effect. The prorated amounts will be based on calendar days not business days. • User joining during a monthly period will be billed for prorated portion of the month of which they signed. The prorated amount will be based on calendar days not business days. The day on which a User joins will become the first day of the prorated month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a User subscribing to and then discontinuing service in less than thirty (30) days shall be billed for a full month of service at the plan rate subscribed to.

1. The Contractor agrees to not include in the charge for services, any administrative or service cost assignable to private pay or third party pay sources.
Consideration and Terms of Payment. 1. Consideration for all services performed shall be as follows: Providing of labor negotiation services, travel and other labor relation services, other than arbitration, administrative hearing and litigation representation, billed in tenths of an hour at the rate of $200.00 per hour. Arbitration and administrative hearing representation, if requested by the City, shall be at the rate of $210.00 per hour. These rates are in effect through December 31, 2023.
2. Consultant will also be reimbursed for expenses, including mileage consistent with the amount set forth by the IRS per mile, photocopying charges at $.15 per page, charges for facsimile transmissions at the rate of $.50 per page, and reimbursement of long distance telephone charges.
3. The Consultant will submit invoices on a periodic basis to the City for payment for services performed. Payment shall be made within thirty days after receipt of invoices for services performed.

In consideration for Recorder providing Subscriber with direct access to Laredo as indicated within this agreement, Subscriber shall pay to Recorder as follows: Level I: 0-250 minutes $70/mo .25/minute 0.35 $25/mo Level II: 251-1000 minutes $125/mo .25/minute 0.35 $25/mo Level III: 1001-3000 minutes $225/mo .25/minute 0.35 $25/mo Level IV: 3001-6000 minutes $325/mo .25/minute 0.35 $25/mo Level V: Unlimited $525/mo 0.35 $25/mo *Overage charge - Per minute charge for each minute over the plan that was originally signed-up for. Only one person can use the password at a time. If additional passwords are needed, additional fees will be imposed. Upon receipt of signed contract, Subscriber will be given a password. Monthly fees are NOT prorated. The subscriber will determine which level of the plan will fit their needs and if they want the print search result option. A subscriber can move up a level or add print search result option, at any time but can only move down or decline the print search result option, at the beginning of a new calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1).
