TERMS OF POSSESSION. The Seller must give the Buyer vacant possession of the Land on Completion unless otherwise marked in the Schedule. INSPECTION OF LAND The Buyer may on reasonable notice to the Seller inspect the Land during the period 10 Working Days prior to the Date for Completion. The Seller must leave the Land clean and tidy on Completion. ERRORS AND MISDESCRIPTIONS The Buyer will be entitled to compensation on Completion (and the Price will be reduced accordingly) in full and final settlement if the Buyer suffers a loss as a result of an error of any kind or misdescription, and the Buyer makes a claim for compensation before Completion. This clause applies even if the Buyer did not take notice of or rely on anything in this Contract containing or giving rise to the error or misdescription. The Buyer is not entitled to compensation to the extent the Buyer knew the true position before the Date of this Contract. COMPENSATION CLAIMS BY BUYER This clause 24 applies to claims for compensation arising out of this Contract made by the Buyer against the Seller including claims under clause 23. To make a claim for compensation (including a claim under clause 23) the Buyer must give notice to the Seller before Completion specifying the amount claimed and; the Seller can rescind if in the case of a claim that is not a claim for delay: the total amount claimed exceeds 5% of the Price; the Seller gives notice to the Buyer of an intention to rescind; and the Buyer does not give notice to the Seller waiving the claim within 10 Working Days after receiving the notice;
