TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work. Involvement of other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of works must be carried out in full accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
