Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Funding: Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
Product References a. “Or Equal” In all Solicitations or Bid Specifications, the words “or equal” are understood to apply where a copyrighted, brand name, trade name, catalog reference, or patented Product is referenced. References to such specific Product are intended as descriptive, not restrictive, unless otherwise stated. Technical Feasibility of String While ICANN has encouraged and will continue to encourage universal acceptance of all top-‐level domain strings across the Internet, certain top-‐level domain strings may encounter difficulty in acceptance by ISPs and webhosters and/or validation by web applications. Registry Operator shall be responsible for ensuring to its satisfaction the technical feasibility of the TLD string prior to entering into this Agreement.
PROCEDURE FOR TESTING A. Notification Form - Before requesting an employee to undergo drug or alcohol testing, the Employer shall provide the individual with a form on which to (1) acknowledge that the individual has seen a copy of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing LOA, and (2) indicate consent to undergo the drug and alcohol testing.
