Common use of Terms of sale are cash Clause in Contracts

Terms of sale are cash. If Buyer requests shipment of Merchandise after Auction and Xxxxxxxx agrees to make shipment, Buyer shall pay in advance all shipping, insurance and reasonable handling fees for shipment to Buyer's specified delivery location. Rapaport shall not be liable for goods once they leave Rapaport office and insurance is the responsibility of Buyers.
