Common use of TERMS OF SECURITY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF SECURITY SERVICES. Proofpoint shall make the Security Services available to Customer and its Affiliates in accordance with the General Terms, Order Form, this Security Services Exhibit and the Security Services Documentation. Customer’s right to use the Security Services is limited to the maximum number of Mailboxes for each module specified in each Order Form.

Customer’s right to use the Security Services is limited to the maximum number of Mailboxes for each module specified in each Order Form.
