Terms of Specific Purchase Order to Control. The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Purchase Order Forms, as well as the terms and conditions set forth in each Specific Purchase Order shall determine the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to returns, allowances and warranties relating to Products ordered thereunder.
