Terms of Standard Agreement are Minimums. The terms and conditions herein are minimums and not maximums. No variation of the minimum terms and conditions prescribed by this Agreement shall be requested of any Guild Member except through the District Council. Nothing shall prevent a Guild Member from negotiating with a Producer better terms and conditions of engagement than those provided by this Agreement.
