Terms of Sublease. 12.2.1 Each sublease to this Lease is in all respects subject to and subordinate to this Lease. The terms of this Lease shall be reviewed with each Partner, and each Partner shall confirm in its sublease that such review has occurred. A copy of this Lease shall be attached as an exhibit to each sublease. Lessee shall provide complete copies of the executed subleases to Lessor. 12.2.2 The use, distribution and all associated rent fees for support space Premises among Lessee and its Partners shall be the responsibility of Lessee. Lessor reserves the right to reduce, or relocate Lessee’s support space to other reasonably comparable areas in T4 if available, by giving thirty (30) days’ prior notice.
