Common use of Terms of Trustee's Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Terms of Trustee's Acceptance. Trustee accepts the trust created by this Deed of Trust upon the following terms and conditions: 4.11.1 Trustee may exercise any of its powers through appointment of attorney(s) in fact or agents. 4.11.2 Trustee shall be under no obligation to take any action upon any Event of Default unless furnished security or indemnity, in form satisfactory to Trustee, against costs, expenses, and liabilities that Trustee may incur. 4.11.3 Trustor shall reimburse Trustee, as part of the Secured Obligations secured hereunder, for all reasonable disbursements and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) incurred by reason of or arising from an Event of Default and as provided for in this Deed of Trust, including any of the foregoing incurred in Trustee’s administering and executing the trust created by this Deed of Trust and performing Trustee’s duties and exercising Trustee’s powers under this Deed of Trust.
