Terrorist Activity Sample Clauses

The 'Terrorist Activity' clause defines how a contract addresses situations involving acts of terrorism. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes terrorist activity and specifies the rights and obligations of the parties if such events occur, such as suspending performance or excusing liability for delays caused by terrorism. Its core function is to allocate risk and clarify responsibilities in the event that terrorist acts impact the contract, ensuring both parties understand their positions should such unforeseen and disruptive events arise.
