TERTIARY TREATMENT. The treatment will include the following unit / equipment;  Polishing Tank  Pressure Sand FilterActivated Carbon Filter effluent then pumped to Pressure Sand Filter for removal of traces of inorganic, suspended solids followed by Activated Carbon Filter for removal of colour, odour & organic matter if any. Treated effluent from outlet of ACF shall be sent to CETP for further treatment.   • EMERGENCY DENTAL TREATMENT Only emergency dental treatment that takes place within ninety (90) days of the date of a covered accident will be covered under this policy.

  • National Treatment In the sectors inscribed in its Schedule, and subject to any conditions and qualifications set out therein, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own services and service suppliers.

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.
