Equitable Treatment. ICANN shall not apply standards, policies, procedures or practices arbitrarily, unjustifiably, or inequitably and shall not single out Registry Operator for disparate treatment unless justified by substantial and reasonable cause.
Equitable Treatment. 33-1 All employees have a right to work in an environment free of unlawful discrimination, and statutory remedies are available to address these concerns. Although resolution of such disputes is outside the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement, both the District and the Association assure all employees of the District of their intent to avoid such conduct and to assist employees in promptly resolving such disputes if they occur.
Equitable Treatment. The District has applied its rules, orders and penalties evenhandedly and without discrimination to all faculty members.
Equitable Treatment. 28.1 In exercising any rights or undertaking any obligations under this Agreement that relate to or affect Other Network Users the Distributor will treat the Network User equitably in relation to any Other Network User with regard to the terms and conditions laid down for the use of the Distribution Network.
28.2 If the Distributor enters into an agreement with any Other Network User to use the Distribution Network and that agreement, taken as a whole, is more favourable to that Other Network User than this Agreement to the Network User, the parties shall discuss whether to amend this Agreement to provide such additional benefits to the Network User provided that the basis for providing such additional benefits can be agreed between the Parties.
Equitable Treatment. Both the alleged victim (complainant) and the alleged respondent (respondent) will be treated equitably by the school district.
Equitable Treatment. Regardless of days worked or days off, each employee is entitled to the same number of paid holidays during the year as would be earned by an employee whose work week extends from Monday through Friday and whose regular days off are Saturday and Sunday. This section is provided with the intent of assuring equitable treatment for all employees.

A teacher may at his/her request have a representative of the Association present when he/she is being questioned about a matter which may lead to discipline or when he/she is being disciplined. The teacher must be appraised of his/her right to request the presence of an Association representative. The teacher will be provided not less than twenty-four (24) hours to secure representation.
B. All teachers will be treated in a manner that respects their professional viewpoints and values freedom of expression of those viewpoints without fear of reprimand.
Equitable Treatment. 1. The Provisions of this Agreement shall be applied without discrimination.
2. The Association agrees that the membership in the Association shall not be denied to any employee because of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, or marital status.
3. The Board agrees that it will not discriminate against employees because of their membership in employee organizations.
Equitable Treatment. 1Save as provided in Clause 5.3, in respect of the Identified Matters the Secretary of State shall not accord the Operator any less favourable or equitable treatment at the relevant time than it accords to any other holder, owner or operator of or in relation to New Build Waste or Legacy Waste (including Legacy Waste owned, controlled or funded by the Secretary of State).
Equitable Treatment. Each Party shall act in good faith using reasonable business practices in any and all contractual matters associated with this Agreement.
