Test Measurements. All test measurement devices shall be fully defined for their make/model, accuracy, calibration and location. The following tables summarize the minimum requirements as necessary for the PV Plant Capacity Tests. In no case shall the total number of test measurement instruments be less than quantities shown in table below.
