Common use of Testimony Clause in Contracts

Testimony. An employee subpoenaed before any administrative or judicial tribunal to give testimony shall be compensated for the difference between said employee’s pay and the pay received as witness fee for so testifying for each day the employee is required before such tribunal for that purpose. This provision shall not apply to any employee who is giving such testimony in an action where the employee, employees or the Association bring or is a party to such action against the Board of Education.
