Testing and Commissioning -General. At least three (3) working days written notification of all site tests shall be given to the Engineer or his Representative. • Fuel, water and electricity necessary for the operation of systems in preliminary runs and for adjustments and tests will be provided free of cost by the Contractor. • The Contractor shall supply all labour, apparatus and instruments necessary for the prescribed tests. The accuracy of the Contractor's instruments shall be demonstrated if required. • Any defects of workmanship, materials, performance, design of equipment, • maladjustments or other irregularities, which become apparent during the tests, shall be rectified by the Contractor and the tests repeated at the Contractor's expense, to the satisfaction of the Engineer or his Representative.
