Testing and Surveying. Buyer shall have determined, on or before Closing Date, that, in its sole discretion, it is satisfied with the results of all matters disclosed by soil tests, well tests, inspections, surveys, hazardous waste and environmental reviews of the Property, including a Phase I (and if necessary a Phase II) environmental assessment of the Property, or any other analysis showing that the Property will meet the Buyer’s intended purposes. Such access and testing shall be governed by Section 11.
