Testing by MLA. Within a reasonable time of delivery to MLA, MLA will carry out acceptance testing of the Deliverable. The Consultant agrees to provide all reasonable assistance requested by MLA in relation to acceptance testing by MLA. MLA’s notice of acceptance If, in the reasonable opinion of MLA, the acceptance tests demonstrate that a Deliverable meets the Acceptance Criteria, then MLA will issue a notice to the Consultant confirming Acceptance of the Deliverable.
