To ensure the integrity of the drug testing program, each bus company must contract with a reputable, DHHS-certified laboratory or clinic and a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) that maintains an established quality assurance program in accordance with DOT regulations and procedures. All privacy rights and confidentiality must be adhered to by the Contractor.
