Testing Services. HISD shall furnish structural, mechanical, chemical, air and water pollution tests, tests for hazardous materials, and other laboratory and environmental tests, inspections and reports required by law. Should the A/E or its consultants at any time suspect the presence of asbestos or other hazardous material at the Project site or any related structure, the A/E shall notify the PM and HISD in writing immediately.
Testing Services. DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.
Testing Services. 7.5.1 The Service Provider must develop, maintain and manage a Test Plan for Acceptance of the Register in accordance with the Implementation Plan and Schedule 2 - Attachment B
7.5.2 Once the Test Plan is Accepted by Health, the Service Provider must comply with the Test Plan, and deliver the test services in accordance with the Test Plan and Schedule 2 - Attachment B - Register ICT Service Requirements.
Testing Services. 1.1 The Testing Services will be detailed on the Order and may include vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and wireless testing.
1.2 Upon receipt of a completed Scoping Questionnaire signed by an authorised representative of the Customer, we will provide the Testing Services on pre-arranged dates to be agreed between both parties.
1.3 The Testing Services will utilise both software applications and manual techniques which may be changed from time to time to comply with applicable laws and updates.
1.4 The Testing Services will aim to identify where the Customer’s System is at risk of Cyber-attacks using reasonable endeavours.
1.5 Where it is identified as a result of the Testing Services that remediation works are required, the cost of these remediation works is not included within the Agreement.
1.6 The Customer shall:
1.6.1 Ensure that the Scoping Questionnaire is completed accurately and by an authorised representative of the Customer.
1.6.2 Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permissions and consents from third parties prior to the provision of Testing Services being provided.
1.6.3 Be wholly responsible for the security of its propriety and Confidential Information and Data held on the System.
1.6.4 Warrant that the System is sufficiently robust to support and facilitate the provision of Testing Services.
1.6.5 Maintain up to date back-up copies of the configuration for software and hardware and the programs and Data necessary to restore the System to its original state on completion of the provision of the Testing Services and ensure that such back-up copies are kept up to date and in order and available for use at all times.
1.6.6 Agree that it will only use the results of the Services provided for its own internal business purposes and will not disclose the results to any third party without our prior written consent.
1.6.7 Indemnify us, where inaccurate information is provided to us causing a third-party System to be penetrated, against any claim of illegal activity or infringement, or damages, or loss, whether proximate or consequential resulting from conducting the Testing Services, or where the Testing Services causes damage to your System and a claim is made by a third party.
Testing Services. Testing services may include, but are not limited to, the following types of work:
a. Subsurface soil investigation, including soil borings and coring,
b. Soil tests for construction, including undisturbed samples, proctors, compaction, tests, boring logs, soil classifications, piezo cone soundings, etc.,
c. Soil-cement design and construction control,
d. Florida bearing value and lime rock bearing ratio determinations,
Testing Services. CERE may require extraordinary on-site visits for verification or repetition of Functional and/or Electromagnetic Compatibility and/or Safety Tests of possible resolutions and non-conformities detected during the first inspection or tests, if these are object of service provision according to the scope described in the Offer - See conditions of the Agreement in 2.1
Testing Services. Client has 3 months to respond and correct the Non-Conformities detected during the inspection and audit.
Testing Services. Contractor will provide appropriate Testing Services to ensure services and changes are ready for deployment and implementation within the timelines agreed with the State. Contractor will provide sample test scripts which Contractor and State will utilize to build final test scripts that articulate the State business process. Contractor will provide a coordinator/testing manager and subject matter experts (SMEs) to answer questions during the State test script execution. Contractor will be responsible for all testing, with the exception of user acceptance testing, of the Services prior to Go-Live and include these tasks in the Implementation Plan. Testing will include, integration testing, unit testing, system testing, functional testing, performance testing, load testing, stress testing, regression testing relevant network and connectivity testing. Contractor will make available testing environments to the same configuration and settings as the Solution to be used in production to ensure training is delivered in a system that mirrors the production systems. Testing Environments will be subject to Service Levels and the Security Acceptance Test Plan
Testing Services. Electrical Safety Test Report, if it is object of service provision according to the scope described in the Offer - See conditions of the Agreement in 2.1
Testing Services. Organization may choose to contract separately with Sequoia for Data Usability Guide implementation technical assistance and testing services in support of the Taking Root program. Terms for access to and use of such testing tools and services are outside the scope of this Pledge and are governed by the Sequoia Project Interoperability Testing Platform (ITP) Access Agreement.
