Testing Standards. Tests of each Service provided on Seller’s Facilities shall be made to determine whether the Service complies with the following specifications: (a) MPLS Network Solutions - The applicable Service will successfully meet the CoS Performance Objectives during the duration of the testing period at a rate of not less than 99% of CIR.
