Common use of Tests and Reports Clause in Contracts

Tests and Reports. Upon written request by Landlord, Tenant shall provide Landlord with the results of appropriate reports and tests, with transportation and disposal contracts for Hazardous Materials, with any permits issued under Environmental Laws, and with any other applicable documents to demonstrate that Tenant complies with all Environmental Laws relating to the Premises.

Tests and Reports. Upon written request by Landlord, if the same are in Tenant's possession or required by law, Tenant shall provide Landlord with the results of any appropriate reports and tests, tests with transportation and disposal contracts for Hazardous Materials, with any permits issued under Environmental Laws, and with any other applicable documents to demonstrate that Tenant complies with all Environmental Laws relating to the Premises.
