Common use of Texas Contract Clause in Contracts

Texas Contract. The Parties agree that this Agreement constitutes a contract to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to the laws of any other location. The Parties agree that they shall be subject to Texas jurisdiction (including, as applicable, either a Texas state or federal court in Xxxxxx County, Texas or a duly appointed arbitrator) for any action to enforce this Agreement or to remedy any breach of this Agreement.
