Texas Government Code Chapter 2260. Except to the extent Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ch. 114 applies to any such unresolved claim, in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2260.004, the dispute resolution process provided for in Tex. Gov’t. Code Ch. 2260 shall be used by the parties to resolve a dispute under this Agreement. TFC hereby designates general counsel as its officer for examining, negotiating and resolving claims and counterclaims in accordance with Tex. Gov’t. Code § 2260.052(a).
