Texas Law Governs. The Rental Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall be performable in Burnet County, Texas. Venue shall lie exclusively in Burnet County, Texas. • Reservations are taken on a first paid, first served basis, and are not confirmed until the required deposit(s) is paid. The City reserves the right to refuse any request for reservation of all or any portion of Facilities. • The City reserves the right to cancel any event in which untrue information was given and/or if the event is felt to be detrimental to the operation of the Facilities and/or contrary to the rules and regulations governing the use of the Facilities or any City facility.
