TGTX’s Right To Join. TGTX independently has the right to join any legal proceeding brought by CTI under this Section 6.4 and fund up to fifty percent of the cost of the legal proceeding from the date of joining. If TGTX elects to join as a party plaintiff pursuant to this Section 6.4, TGTX may jointly participate in the action with CTI, but CTI’s counsel will be lead counsel.
