Government Procurement ARTICLE 6.1
Level of Government Central Government Measures: Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law (Law No. 228 of 1949), Article 27 Cabinet Order on Foreign Direct Investment (Cabinet Order No. 261 of 1980), Article 3 Civil Aeronautics Law (Law No. 231 of 1952), Chapters 7 and 8 Description:
LOAN OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The parties shall enter into a NASA Form 893, Loan of NASA Equipment, for NASA equipment loaned to Partner.
NO GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES (1) The Department and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Department, Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract.
Government Regulation Neither Borrower nor any other Restricted Person owing Obligations is subject to regulation under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, the Federal Power Act, the Investment Company Act of 1940 (as any of the preceding acts have been amended) or any other Law which regulates the incurring by such Person of Indebtedness, including Laws relating to common contract carriers or the sale of electricity, gas, steam, water or other public utility services.
GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION 19.01 In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be in conflict with any valid and applicable federal or provincial law now existing or hereinafter enacted, it is agreed that such law shall supersede the conflicting provision, without in any way affecting the remainder of the Agreement.
Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract. If the Vendor receives a request to release the data referred to in this article, the Vendor must immediately notify Sourcewell and Sourcewell will assist with how the Vendor should respond to the request.
Controlled Government Data The Disclosing Party's Controlled Government Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.
Government All of LESSEE's obligations under this Lease will continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred.
GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Company’s obligation hereunder to issue or deliver certificates evidencing shares of Common Stock shall be subject to the terms of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any governmental agencies or national securities exchanges as may be required.
