THE ACQUISITION OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT. 3.1. The Contracting Authority shall acquire the ownership rights to the Equipment at the moment of its receipt (after delivery according to paragraph 2.3). The Contractor assumes the risk of damage to the Equipment until it is taken over by the Contracting Authority.
