THE ADMINISTRATORS. The Account Bank agrees and acknowledges that the Administrators shall operate the Accounts, and where required shall perform all actions relating to the Accounts, on behalf of the Issuer pursuant to Schedule 1 (The Services) of the Administration Agreement.
