THE AGENT'S SYSTEMS AND REPORTING OBLIGATION. The Agent shall establish and maintain all such systems and procedures (financial, logistical, or otherwise) as reasonably requested by Monsanto or the Steering Committee in connection with the Agent's performance under this Agreement.
