The Amenities’ Pool Specific Rules. (a) There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool(s). Residents swim at their own risk. The pool facilities are provided for the health and personal enjoyment of all Residents. All Residents and their limited authorized guests using the facilities do so at their own risk and hold owners and VA and VCA harmless in the event of injury. Swimming alone is dangerous and discouraged. No one under the influence of drugs or intoxicated shall be permitted to use the pool.
