The Appendix. I to each of the Loan Agreement and the Note (and the relevant appendix to each other certificate, document, side letter, form or agreement executed or delivered in connection with the Loan Agreement and to which a list of Funds is appended) is hereby replaced in its entirety with Appendix I attached hereto to reflect the changes described in the foregoing paragraphs. All references in the Loan Agreement and the Note (and any such other certificate, document, side letter, form or agreement) to Appendix I shall hereafter be deemed to refer to the replacement Appendix I attached hereto.

  • ADDENDUM Effective as of May 11, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (“LifePoint Inc.”) assigned, transferred and conveyed its 100% limited liability company interest in Xxxxxxxx Hospital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LLC”), to LifePoint Hospitals Holdings, Inc. (“Holdings Inc.”), whereupon Holdings Inc. became the sole member of LLC. Attached hereto is a copy of the Limited Liability Company Agreement of LLC (the “Agreement”). The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement, and further agrees that, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Agreement to LifePoint Inc. as the sole member (the “Member”) shall be deemed to be references to Holdings Inc. as the Member.

Parts 37 and 38; • The Federal Aviation Administration’s Non-discrimination statute (49 U.S.C. § 47123) (prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, and sex); • Executive Order 12898, Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations, which ensures nondiscrimination against minority populations by discouraging programs, policies, and activities with disproportionately high and adverse human health or environmental effects on minority and low-income populations; • Executive Order 13166, Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency, and resulting agency guidance, national origin discrimination includes discrimination because of limited English proficiency (LEP). To ensure compliance with Title VI, you must take reasonable steps to ensure that LEP persons have meaningful access to your programs (70 Fed. Reg. at 74087 to 74100); • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, which prohibits you from discriminating because of sex in education programs or activities (20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq).
