Common use of The Atlanta Clause in Contracts

The Atlanta. Division recognizes that associates may wish to exercise their own personal choice to celebrate the legacy of Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. by taking that day off. Associates may take a personal holiday or flex vacation day, if applicable. Requests off will be permitted as long as multiple requests off by associates at the same store location do not create a hardship on the business and providing such requests are submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the holiday.
