By Offeror’s response, the Offeror affirms the following: I, the offeror, am in compliance with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970 as Amended (42 U.S.C. 1857 (h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 117389 and Environmental Protection Agency Regulation, 40 CFR Part 15 as required under OMB Circular A-102, Attachment O, Paragraph 14(1) regarding reporting violations to the grantor agency and to the United States Environment Protection Agency Assistant Administrator of the Enforcement.
