The Client undertakes as follows. 2.2.1. To observe requirements of a legislation of Ukraine in effect on issues relating to prevention and counteraction of the legalization (laundering) of funds derived from a crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction as well as settlements of accounts operations in particular to apply only provided by the legislation forms of settlements accounts. 2.2.2. To provide the Bank with a bank order for returning to a sender (owner) a cash mistakenly or unreasonably entered on the Account at the latest three business days from the date of receiving a notice from the payer’s bank or abstract of Account. 2.2.3. To pay timely for operations and services performed by Bank accordingly to Tariffs which are in effect at the moment of such an operation and/or rendering services as well as to observe secured credit on the Account if it is foreseen by the Contract. 2.2.4. Not to employ the Account for operations connected with business activity. 2.2.5. To inform the Bank about changes in Client’s passport data, identification code, registered or actual address, phones and post address at the latest three business days from the moment of such changes by providing by Client to Bank (at the address of concluding of this Contract) of the corresponding written application and documents that contain such kind of changes.
