Common use of The Company’s Right To Terminate Clause in Contracts

The Company’s Right To Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1, the Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (a) upon Executive’s death; (b) upon Executive’s Disability; (c) for Cause; or (d) for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of the board of managers of the Company.

The Company’s Right To Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1, the Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (a) upon Executive’s death; (b) upon Executive’s Disability; (c) for Cause; or (d) for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of the board of managers of the CompanyBoard.

The Company’s Right To Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.13(a), the Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (ai) upon Executive’s death; (bii) upon Executive’s Disability; (ciii) for Cause; or (div) for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of the board of managers of the CompanyBoard.

The Company’s Right To Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1, the Company shall have the right to terminate the Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (a) upon the Executive’s death; (b) upon the Executive’s Disability; (c) for Cause; or (d) for any other reason whatsoeverwhatsoever or for no reason at all, in the sole discretion of the board of managers of the CompanyBoard.

The Company’s Right To Terminate. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1‎Section 3.01, the Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (ai) upon Executive’s death; (bii) upon Executive’s Disability; (ciii) for Cause; or (div) for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of the board of managers of the Company. (b) Notwithstanding the provisions of ‎Section 3.01, Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall automatically terminate 10 business days following the date that Xxxx Xxxxxxx ceases to be Chief Executive Officer for any reason.

The Company’s Right To Terminate. Notwithstanding The Executive’s employment shall automatically terminate upon the provisions of Section 3.1Executive’s death. Additionally, the Company shall have the right to terminate the Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (ai) upon Executive’s deathTotal Disability (as defined below); (b) upon Executive’s Disability; (cii) for CauseCause (as defined below); or (diii) for any other reason whatsoevernot described in Subsections 2.1(i) or (ii) above, in the sole discretion of the board Board or termination for any reason by the Company within one year of managers of the Companya Change in Control (“Without Cause Termination”).
