Common use of The Company’s Successors Clause in Contracts

The Company’s Successors. The rights or obligations of the Company under this Agreement may be assigned or transferred, in whole or in part, to any successor in interest of the Company or its business. As used in this Agreement, “Company” shall mean the Company as herein before defined and any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the equity, business and/or assets of the Company.
