(a) The following checking accounts have been or will be established (and are so referred to herein): (i) The Concentration Account: Established by the Lender with The Chase Manhattan Bank, N. (ii) The Funding Account: Established by the Borrower with American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. (iii) The Central Account: Established by the Borrower with American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. (b) The contents of the Central Account constitutes Collateral and Proceeds of Collateral.
