Common use of The Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

The Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will act as the agent of the Principal (not as a certifier) in discharging each of the functions of the Contract Administrator under the Contract. Any act which may be, or is required by this Contract to be, done by the Principal may be done by the Contract Administrator on the Principal's behalf.
