The Contractor recognizes Clause Samples
The Contractor recognizes a. The Unions as the sole bargaining agent of all Employees of the Contractor working on the Site C GSS Project.
b. That all Employees of the Contractor shall be members of the Union(s), or become members of the Union(s) within thirty (30) days of being employed on the Site C GSS Project. Employees will remain members of the Union(s) for the duration of their work on the Project.
The Contractor recognizes the Union(s) as the sole and exclusive bargaining representatives of all craft employees within their respective jurisdictions working on the Project within the scope of this Agreement.
