Common use of The Controlling Class Representative Clause in Contracts

The Controlling Class Representative. The Controlling Class Representative will be entitled to advise the Special Servicer with respect to the following actions of the Special Servicer, and notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary except as set forth in, and in any event subject to, the second paragraph of this Section 6.11, the Special Servicer will not be permitted to take any of the following actions as to which the Controlling Class Representative has objected in writing within ten Business Days of being notified thereof (provided that if such written objection has not been received by the Special Servicer within such ten Business Day period, then the Controlling Class Representative's approval will be deemed to have been given):

The Controlling Class Representative. (a) The Controlling Class Representative will be entitled to advise the Special Servicer with respect to the following actions of the Special ServicerServicer in connection with a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, and notwithstanding anything herein and, subject to the contrary except as set forth in, and in any event subject to, the second paragraph of this Section 6.11succeeding paragraph, the Special Servicer will not be permitted to take any of the following actions as to which unless the Controlling Class Representative has objected approved such action in writing within ten Business Days of being having been notified thereof and having been provided with all reasonably requested information with respect thereto (provided that if such written objection notice has not been received by the Special Servicer within such ten Business Day periodDays, then the Controlling Class Representative's approval will be deemed to have been given):
