THE CUSTOMERS. All sales of the products effected pursuant to this agreement shall, for the avoidance of doubt, be regarded as sales directly between HUGE and the customer concerned and the Referral Partner shall not be entitled to receive for its own account any amounts payable by the customer arising from such sales.
