(A) The Council placed a Contract Notice in the UK e-notification tendering service Find a Tender (FTS) on [insert date] to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the procurement of Home Care services. (E) For the avoidance of doubt, there is no obligation on the Council to award any contracts under the DPS during its Term (F) The Council sought proposals for the supply of the Services under the DPS. (G) The Council has selected the Supplier to provide the Services and the Supplier is willing and able to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
