Common use of The Economic Test Clause in Contracts

The Economic Test. 6.1 The undertakings of the TSO and the Shipper set out in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 above only take effect if the outcome of the economic test performed by the TSO according to applicable legislation, in particular the NC CAM, is positive. 6.2 The economic test as set out in Section 6.1 above shall be carried out by the TSO, and the Shipper will be notified of the outcome thereof by the TSO in line with the NC CAM.
