The Emitter. 2.1 The Emitter shall, as from the Agreement Date, comply with this ICC Agreement (including the Conditions) as the "Emitter" and agrees that the Conditions are hereby incorporated into this ICC Agreement as if they were clauses of this ICC Agreement.
